Initially announced last October, this solution will be available in the New York State market for navigator agencies and other facilitated enrollment organizations. MAPS NV provides the tools and technology to fully automate the screening and enrollment process for health insurance exchange subsidies and plans, as well as Medicaid. A key feature of MAPS NV is its seamless interfacing with the New York State of Health marketplace. This interface eliminates duplicate data entry, ensures accurate data sharing, and enables account status tracking. All of this means increased accuracy, efficiency and better outcomes for New York State residents.

MAPS NV is fully configurable to complement a Navigators’ existing processes. Supported by intuitive technology, MAPS NV provides the flexibility to apply all program rules, workflows, documents and reports into a single program. It reduces enrollment cycle-time with the electronic submission of applications to the New York State of Health marketplace through a proprietary exchange interface. It also allows Navigators to easily meet the reporting requirements from the New York State Department of Health.
