BLUEMARK, LLC, Welcomes New Strategic Advisor

Industry veteran, noted presenter and thought leader, Stewart Presser joins Bluemark as Strategic Advisor.

Bluemark, LLC, a specialized healthcare technology developer, is pleased to announce the addition of Stewart Presser in the newly created role of Strategic Advisor. Stewart recently retired after 26 years of distinguished service with the Greater New York Hospital Association, a trade association representing more than 140 not-for-profit hospitals in the tri-state area. In his most recent role, Stewart was Vice President of Health Finance and Member Services. As a Strategic Advisor, Stewart will help Bluemark’s Leadership Team with refining the company’s overall business strategy and product roadmap. Stewart will also share his deep expertise and knowledge in both the audit and compliance field and patient financial services field.

During his long career with GNYHA he was responsible for advocacy on behalf of the member hospitals in the areas of health finance, accounts receivable management, Medicaid eligibility issues, and the Administrative Simplification transactions sets under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. Over the years, Stewart has made numerous presentations to national organizations on various health finance topics including Charity Care, and the Medicare Audit Recovery Contractor program. Stewart holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from New York University and has taught health finance as an adjunct professor at NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service.
