(February 17, 2016) – If you are attending this year’s OHIMA Conference please join Bluemark and OhioHealth on Wednesday March 9th at 2:00PM for our Case Study presentation titled “Use of Data and Automation to Improve Audit Coordination”. It will be presented by Ms. Diane Setty, Sr. Director of Health Information Management and RAC, and Ms. Holly Gadd, Manager of RAC Case Management from OhioHealth and Mr. Bryan Exner, Chief Operating Officer from Bluemark. The presentation will focus on specific ways to automate and streamline process flows across the spectrum of audit response coordination.

Presenters will discuss how best practice and the ability to leverage existing data, integrated from various systems and vendors, reduces the audit burden and preserves revenue at risk. The speakers will also walk through their process methodology to illustrate real world usage and case study information. Best practice examples will show how to effectively tie together initial data entry, automated data posting from 835/837, Release of Information (ROI), and external denials management.

We also invite you to stop by the Bluemark booth (#40) to learn more about the TRACKER PRO solution and how it helps hospitals respond to the increasing burden of the audit management process. We will also be raffling off some prizes during the conference for those who stop by and say hello. To learn more about the solution please visit our website www.ractracker.org.

We hope to see you at the conference.
