We have some exciting news to share about the future of Bluemark. We have agreed to be acquired by Office Ally, a leading provider of electronic clearinghouse and healthcare software solutions. This combination will strengthen our offerings and ensure a bright future for Bluemark’s technology, our valued clients and our dedicated team of associates.
For our current clients, We want to assure you that nothing will change as it pertains to the day to day operations of the company or with the existing services and software we provide you and your organizations. The core Bluemark team will remain in place and we will continue to bring our clients the best service and products every day.
As a part of this transition, founding partner Ken Sacks, will begin to diminish his direct role in the organization. He will still remain in an advisory capacity and we thank him for his years of leadership and dedication to the company. Our remaining two founding partners Bryan Exner and David Becker will largely continue in their respective roles and become part of the Office Ally management team moving forward.
